Please note that hours are subject to change. The above hours are time periods during which you can place a reservation for checkout or return. All orders are by appointment only. When you make a reservation in WebCheckout, you will be able to request a time and date and will receive a confirmation of your requested time, or an alternate time, by email. Please see the calendar below for availability.

How do I create an account?
- Read the Studio Manual
- Sign the Agreement Form
- You will be given access to Webcheckout to make your reservation.
How do I reserve equipment?
- Place your reservation online through the WebCheckout Patron Portal
- This portal can be accessed at biola.webcheckout.net.
- Place your reservation very carefully. You will not be able to add or subtract items at time of pickup.
- Check for open pickup times using the calendar on this page and choose a desired pickup time.
- Receive confirmation email with approved time and date to pick up.
Where do I pick up my gear?
Your equipment will be ready for you in our brand new Equipment Room! See the map below for overview information:

Where do I return my gear?
Your drop-off location will be right where you picked it up in our new ER. Make sure to check your return time and our friendly Production Center staff will be there to meet you and complete your check-in.

Who will be allowed to pick up/drop off?
Only the student listed on the reservation/paperwork will be allowed to pick up and drop off equipment.
